Cancellation and Return Policy
Objective
To ensure that all order cancellations and product returns are handled transparently and consistently across Ecomarket Indigenous.
Cancellation Procedures
- Buyer Right to Cancel: Buyers may cancel an order within 2 days from the initial purchase date by submitting a formal cancellation notice through the Ecomarket Indigenous platform.
- In-Transit Orders: If an order has not yet been dispatched and remains in transit, the buyer must notify the vendor and platform administrators immediately to halt fulfillment.
Return and Refund Guidelines
- Return Window: If a delivered product does not match its description or has quality defects, the buyer must notify the vendor within 14 days from the date of physical receipt.
- Perishable and Artisan Goods: Due to the nature of traditional pastoralist products (such as organic foods or specialized craft items), returns must comply with strict hygiene, safety, and vendor-specific guidelines.
- Resolution: Approved refunds may be issued via mobile money transfer, bank transfer, or store credit as determined by platform policies on behalf of the vendor.
